- a. Why can't I see product prices?
You cannot see the prices because there are special discounts for our members. You can be a member of our site free of charge. After your membership application is approved, you will receive e-mail and SMS. Then you can see our wholesale discounted prices. Our customers in Russia; can make discounted purchases by using the gift voucher defined in the gift certificates area on the cart page.

As a free member of the website, you can add your products to your basket and click on the Request Bid button on the basket page and get a quote from us about the products you want.

We give the necessary value to our customers with our personalized customer representation system. Our customers; can get support in Turkish, Arabic, English, Russian and Italian languages.
- d. Do you have retail?
We have no retail sales on our site. But from the branded products "Kanat" you can buy both retail and wholesale. (Wheelbarrow, trolley, shovel, rake, ladder, ironing board, and laundry dryer) Get in touch with us. You can buy all other products in bulk.
- e. What is the minimum order quantity?
On our site, sales are made on a parcel basis. You can make purchases according to the product pieces in per box specified in the product detail. Cargo and shipping services will be negotiated with the buyer.
- f. How is your transportation and operation process managed?
When you become a member of the website, you are assigned a special customer representative. Your representative will contact you and inform you about the products you want. The Transportation-Operation process is carried out by our operation department. Your representative will keep in touch with you about the shipping fee, customs fee, order process, etc., and informs you of the issues. The shipping process is carried out according to the Incoterms 2020 standards, which are international export rules, so our valued customers can choose many delivery options such as EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, and DAP.
- g. Where are your warehouses? Is there any place where we pick up the products?
We have warehouses in Turkey/Istanbul and Russia/Moscow. After ordering the products, you can also receive your products with Istanbul delivery or Moscow delivery options.
- h. If I buy from your warehouse in Moscow, will I pay the customs costs?
Customers who purchase our products from our warehouse in Moscow can receive their products with the customs procedures completed. You can also closely inspect the products in the Showroom in Moscow.
- ı. Do you send samples?
Yes. In the case of sample shipment, the product and shipping costs belong to the customer.
- j. What happens if we cannot catch the turnover value in the membership group we have chosen?
If you cannot reach the turnover value at the discount rate you choose while becoming a member within the year, there is no sanction or penalty for you. You will be assigned to a sub-membership group the following year. When you exceed the value you specify, your membership group is moved to the next group.
- k. Are the prices we see on the website the parcel price or the quantity price?
The prices you see on the category pages on the website are unit prices. When you select product options on the product page, the price you see is the parcel price. The prices added to the cart are the parcel price. The information of unit quantity per box is in the product details.
- l. I want to sell my products on your website. How can I do it? What product groups do you sell?
